How it works

You see all of it before you say yes.

  1. The visit

We walk your property with you and listen. What you want to do out there, what bugs you, what you want to spend. It is free.

  2. The plan and the price

You get a drawn plan you can picture and a written price with the line items in it, within 3 days of the visit. No half-page quotes. No surprises after you sign. Want to build it in phases as the budget allows? The plan is drawn for that.

  3. The build

A start date we keep, a crew you will recognize every day, and a site swept clean every evening. When we finish, we walk it with you.

Who we serve

Homeowners, boards, and property managers. Different jobs, same phone number.

Homeowners

A yard you actually want to spend time in. Where you grill, eat, and hang out, and the neighbors stop to ask who did it.

HOAs and communities

One point of contact. A written scope with the frequencies in it, not "as needed". Fewer complaints at the next board meeting.

Commercial properties

Grounds that look cared for every day of the year, crews that work around your hours, and a manager who reports back before you have to ask.

Straight talk

The things people wish their last landscaper had done.

  • We show up when we said. If a day changes, you hear it from us first.
  • We answer the phone after you sign, not just before.
  • You get the price in writing, with the details in it.
  • We are insured, and the paperwork is ready when you ask for it.
  • Our plants come with a one-year written warranty. Our patios and walls are covered for two years.
  • We leave the site clean every evening, and we do a final walk with you before we call it done.

Reviews from our clients will join this list soon.

Questions

The things people ask before they call.

Is the first visit really free?
Yes. We walk the property, listen, and take measurements. You pay nothing unless you decide to move ahead.
Do I have to pay for the design?
For full projects the plan is part of the price. If you want a plan only, to build in phases or on your own, we can quote that on its own.
How much does a project like this cost?
It depends on the size, the materials, and how much of the plan you build now. That is why we put line items in the quote. Tell us your budget on the first visit and we design to it, not past it.
How much do you ask for up front?
A 20 percent deposit to order materials, and not until you have approved the plan. Then payments tied to work you can see. Never most of the money before anything has happened.
Who will actually be doing the work?
Our own crew, led by the same person from the first day to the last. You will know their names.
Do you serve my area?
We work across Texas. Tell us where you are and we will tell you when we can be there.
What if a plant dies or a patio settles?
We come back and make it right. Plants are covered for a year and patios and walls for two, in writing, so you know exactly what it covers.
Can we do it in phases?
Yes. Many people build the bones first, the patio and the trees, then add planting and lighting as the budget allows. The plan is drawn so every phase fits the next.
